Refund Policy for Paintastic Valley

At Paintastic Valley, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Policy

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.
• Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Refund Process

• Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5 days.
• Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in less than perfect condition (e.g., damaged or with missing parts not due to our error).

3. Exchanges

4. Return Shipping

• You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
